How lame am I?

I had to search to find my own blog. I am not even sure how to get here...

I will figure this out. I have faith.

So, every day I look for opportunities to add rigor to my lessons and explorations. Nothing bothers me more than when a group leaves my room and I feel as if I cheated them out of some 'good thinking'. Naturally, some children are easier to support than others. Some arrive craving enrichment, others come to be entertained, while still others want to get out of whatever work is going on in their classroom. Some days 55 minutes just isn't enough time. To those children who keep me on my toes and stretch MY learning I say THANK YOU!
